Refund Policy

We want you to love your sheets. If they are not right, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

Return Eligibility

Because bedding is a personal-hygiene product, returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept sheets that have been laundered or slept on.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@chelseasleepco.com with your order number and we will walk you through it. If your return is approved, we will send instructions on where to send it. Please do not ship anything back before requesting a return, as we cannot accept unannounced returns.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away and we will make it right, no hassle.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Exchanges

Want a different color? The fastest way is to return your original set and place a new order for the one you want.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned.
