Shipping Policy

Every Chelsea's Sleep order ships free within the United States. No minimums, no fine print, no "free over $X" games.

Order Processing

We pack and ship every order ourselves from our U.S. facility. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will get a confirmation email as soon as your order is in, and a second email with tracking the moment it ships.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Delivery windows are estimates and can shift slightly during holidays or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.
